Architectural Design Narrative

Crafted as a residential enclave bordering the forest and neighboring the Sapanca community, the Sapanca Lake Villas project derives its core inspiration from the surrounding topography.

Comprising a sequence of row houses nestled within tiered configurations, the project can be characterized as a hillside community. The interplay between the enclosed, open, and semi-open spaces within the villas not only aims to maximize natural light but also integrates strategies to safeguard the privacy of each distinct area.

Rooted in the forest and lake, which underpin the depths of blocks, garden distances, and planning solutions, the visual continuity is achieved. This effort also translates into the terraces of the structures being considered as landscape elements, transforming them into not only viewports but also private outdoor spaces for each unit.
